July 12, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Consent was voluntary on the totality. \u201cGiven the lack of any coercive behavior on the part of the arresting agents and officers, the mere fact that the defendant was not informed of his right to refuse consent is insufficient to render his consent involuntary.\u201d United States v.
