The hotel was not acting as an agent of government in doing so, and he waived his reasonable expectation of privacy by leaving it behind. United States v. Jokhoo, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 97803 (D. Minn. May 20, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was detained in his house for an hour, and this was reasonable. Officers responded to an \u201carmed disturbance\u201d and found yelling people. United States v. Davis, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 98326 (D. Neb. July 15, 2013),* R&amp;R 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 98322 (D. Neb. May 24, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>The fact defendant\u2019s attorney could have asked a few more questions on cross-examination at the suppression hearing doesn\u2019t make him ineffective.
