Harris<\/a>. Defendant was stopped for tint and an altered temporary tag, and a drug dog was used. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kscourts.org\/Cases-and-Opinions\/opinions\/CtApp\/2013\/20130712\/107829.pdf\">State v. Brewer<\/a>, 49 Kan. App. 2d 102, 305 P.3d 676 (2013).<\/p>\n<p>This DUI roadblock was sufficiently obvious that it was constitutional. It was \u201cwell identified as a police checkpoint\u201d as required by state law. There were ten officers in reflective vests and police cars with lights on. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=91252168-8f5a-4b93-932b-9ec3c60163ed\">State v. Conner<\/a>, 2013 Ga. App. LEXIS 577 (July 3, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant fled from the police discarding things from his pockets, and that\u2019s abandonment (quoting Treatise). <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=c2da663d-56b1-4ec2-8388-91482aea23ea\">Walker v.
