The district court didn\u2019t put much weight in the grabbing at waistline, but this court does [as does almost every other court]. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/12\/12-5140.pdf\">United States v. Briggs<\/a>, 720 F.3d 1281 (10th Cir. 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Carrying two plastic bags to one\u2019s car at night in a high crime area simply doesn\u2019t add up to reasonable suspicion. June 5, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>It was objectively reasonable for the officer to have concluded defendant\u2019s seatbelt was not fastened, and that justified the stop. United States v.
