May 23, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was an internet traveler who came to town to meet up with a fictitious 13 year old girl, and that was reasonable suspicion for the stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=62202\">State v.
