March 18, 2013).\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Officers had a reasonable belief in the consenter\u2019s authority to consent where she was inside the house with a key and stuff of hers was there, too. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/3\/2013\/2013-ohio-1006.pdf\">State v. Bump<\/a>, 2013 Ohio 1006, 2013 Ohio App. LEXIS 892 (3d Dist. March 18, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>An anonymous tipster\u2019s accurate predications of where the defendant was going corroborated by the officer is reasonable suspicion for a stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=60523\">State v. Massaro<\/a>, 2013 Mo. App. LEXIS 327 (Mo. App. March 18, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>The trial court ruled that the search of the car was valid as a search incident, but that is incorrect. Because there was probable cause, the search of the car was valid under the automobile exception. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=60522\">State v. Deaton<\/a>, 395 S.W.3d 50 (Mo.
