Constant, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 15524 (D. Me. February 5, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Probable cause existed for search of defendant\u2019s house for evidence of social security and passport fraud. United States v. Cadet, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 17436 (N.D. Ga. January 16, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Based on reports, defendant\u2019s parole officer had reasonable suspicion to believe he was involved in guns and drugs, so a search of his house was justified.
