Police came to his house to talk to him to inquire about the accident, and they were reasonably concerned about his injuries. He lived with his brother, and his brother let the police into the house. When they told him what was up, on his own, he broke into defendant\u2019s bedroom without prompting by the police. Overall, the police were still objectively reasonable on entering the bedroom. <a href=\"http:\/\/wicourts.gov\/sc\/opinion\/DisplayDocument.pdf?content=pdf&amp;seqNo=92356\">State v. Gracia<\/a>, 2013 WI 15, 345 Wis. 2d 488, 826 N.W.2d 87 (2013) (interesting dissents).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was in possession of a stolen GPS device, and he lacked \u201cstanding\u201d to challenge its seizure and search. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.search.txcourts.gov\/Case.aspx?cn=11-11-00015-CR\">Henderson v. State<\/a>, 395 S.W.3d 304 (Tex.
