Segundo, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 185484 (E.D. Tex. December 13, 2012).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant&#8217;s stop for blocking the street was valid, and the officer could reasonably suspect further evidence of crime because defendant dropped a pill bottle into the car when he got out. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.la4th.org\/opinion\/2012\/323669_1.pdf\">State v. Reed<\/a>, 107 So. 3d 1262 (La.App. 4 Cir. 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe affidavit was detailed and replete with information from which probable cause could be found\u201d in his trucks parked at his house.
