Appx. 215 (3d Cir. 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>In this \u00a7 1983 false arrest case, defendants did not violate plaintiffs\u2019 Fourth Amendment rights by arrest and seizure of a car for a hit-and-run where the car well matched the description given by the victims. There was probable cause. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca1.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/getopn.pl?OPINION=12-1722P.01A\">Robinson v. Cook<\/a>, 706 F.3d 25 (1st Cir. 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s truck was illegally parked near the visitor center of Yosemite National Park, and a park ranger approached to get defendant to move it. The smell of marijuana coming from the truck was probable cause more might be found in the truck. United States v. Parker, 919 F. Supp. 2d 1072 (E.D.
