They received a tip it contained child pornography. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca1.uscourts.gov\/pdf.opinions\/11-1275P-01A.pdf\">United States v. Cameron<\/a>, 699 F.3d 621 (1st Cir. 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>At the post-trial conference, based on trial testimony, the district court changed its finding from consent to probable cause for the search. This was supported by the record. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca2.uscourts.gov\/decisions\/isysquery\/d0c73979-df05-4de5-a008-d3d191e2f82d\/19\/doc\/11-2988_so.pdf#xml=http:\/\/www.ca2.uscourts.gov\/decisions\/isysquery\/d0c73979-df05-4de5-a008-d3d191e2f82d\/19\/hilite\/\">United States v. Pascual<\/a>, 502 Fed. Appx. 75 (3d Cir. 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>An officer grabbed defendant\u2019s arm and asked where he was going, and defendant ran. He was not seized by the grabbing for his arm. He was not seized until he was subdued. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dccourts.gov\/internet\/documents\/10-CF-1177.pdf\">Henson v.
