Essentially, the officer admitted they didn\u2019t want to wait around all day for him to show up. <a href=\"http:\/\/opinions.aoc.arkansas.gov\/WebLink8\/0\/doc\/309589\/Electronic.aspx\">Gutierrez v. State<\/a>, 2012 Ark. App. 628, 2012 Ark. App. LEXIS 740 (November 7, 2012).<\/p>\n<p>The trial court\u2019s conclusion that defendant consented to a general search of her home rather than a photographing was supported by the record. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.state.nh.us\/supreme\/opinions\/2012\/2012112saunders.pdf\">State v.
