The court declines to view each paragraph of the affidavit separately because it has to consider the totality of the circumstances. On the totality, there is probable cause. Four men went into a house when a police showed up in the neighborhood. They could see a gun in defendant\u2019s waistband, and he was last in. That was a furtive movement first, and reaching for a gun was probable cause.
