Martin<\/a>, 2012 Iowa App. LEXIS 832 (October 3, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Whether defense counsel was ineffective for not challenging the search could not be reached on direct appeal because of inadequacy of the record on the search on any ground. Defendant has to go to post-conviction proceedings to make his record. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/court_of_appeals\/Recent_Opinions\/20121003\/2-707.pdf\">State v. Armstrong<\/a>, 2012 Iowa App. LEXIS 834 (October 3, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>There was probable cause for defendant\u2019s stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/court_of_appeals\/Recent_Opinions\/20121003\/2-764.pdf\">State v. Quigley<\/a>, 2012 Iowa App. LEXIS 842 (October 3, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s consent here was not shown to be clearly erroneous. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/112648np.pdf\">United States v. Vaghari<\/a>, 500 Fed.
