The fire department inserted a gas detection device by moving an air conditioner. In the course of that, they saw marijuana spread out on a table. October 1, 2012),* <\/p>\n<p>There was probable cause to stop the car for either a traffic offense or possession of cocaine based on collective knowledge. United States v. Lincoln, 2012 U.S. Dist.
