The key to the unit was found on defendant. See  United States v. Ware, 890 F.2d 1008, 1011 (8th Cir. 1989). <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/12\/08\/111765P.pdf\">United States v. Thompson<\/a>, 690 F.3d 977 (8th Cir. 2012).<\/p>\n<p>There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in jail calls. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/102790p.pdf\">United States v. Shavers<\/a>, 693 F.3d 363 (3d Cir. 2012).<\/p>\n<p>Defense counsel was ineffective for not challenging defendant\u2019s search of his person that produced keys or his statement. Keys were not probable cause to believe that there were drugs in the house, and there was no independent evidence there were drugs in the house. There were none on his person. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.state.il.us\/court\/Opinions\/AppellateCourt\/2012\/1stDistrict\/1102028.pdf\">People v. Hill<\/a>, 2012 IL App (1st) 102028, 364 Ill.
