(IAC case) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/court_of_appeals\/Recent_Opinions\/20120822\/2-623.pdf\">Knop v. State<\/a>, 821 N.W.2d 779 (Iowa App. 2012).<\/p>\n<p>In this IAC case, the stated reason for the stop was pretextual, but there was reasonable suspicion or probable cause based on a report from a fellow officer. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/court_of_appeals\/Recent_Opinions\/20120822\/2-361.pdf\">Jones v. State<\/a>, 821 N.W.2d 778 (Iowa App. 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>A search of suitcases by consent was not voluntary where the officers illegally entered the hotel room and then asked for consent to search. \u201c[M]ere acquiescence to the authority asserted by a police officer cannot substitute for free consent.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=99793317-95b1-4216-a643-25a86d06dc3e\">State v. Hamby<\/a>, 317 Ga.
