May 24, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers had reasonable suspicion defendant had cocaine on him when they approached him, and defendant\u2019s tossing an Altoids can as police approached was not the product of an illegal stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.la4th.org\/opinion\/2011\/305215.pdf\">State v.
