Antoine Jones, two congressmen&#8211;Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) and Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.)&#8211;have proposed a bill (H.R. 2168 [.pdf]) that would require law enforcement obtain a warrant before accessing any geolocation data.
