March 29, 2012).* [Remember, <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=a_taser_is_an_improper_use_of_taser_to_t&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\">Taser\u00ae is a trademark<\/a>.]<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s 2255 argument that defense counsel was ineffective for not arguing invalid inventory rather than search incident wouldn\u2019t work because there was justification for an inventory, too. Brunick v. United States, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 55096 (D. Ore. April 19, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Even if defendant\u2019s car was blocked on a parking lot, it didn\u2019t rise to a seizure. But, the USPS Postal Inspectors had reasonable suspicion that defendant was involved in the theft of mail from their observations. United States v. Hampton, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 54421 (N.D. Ga.
