The district court\u2019s finding of consent to enter was supported by the evidence. Moreover, there was sufficient evidence of exigency and the entry was not made to arrest or investigate a crime. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndcourts.gov\/_court\/opinions\/20110303.htm\">State v. Morin<\/a>, 2012 ND 75, 815 N.W.2d 229 (N.D. 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>On staleness, \u201cevidence of the manufacture of methamphetamine is closer to a regenerating conspiracy than a chance encounter in the night. On the continuum of long-versus short-term criminal operations, the manufacture of methamphetamine lies somewhere between growing marijuana and selling or consuming drugs.\u201d It was at a residence, \u201cthe alleged criminals were entrenched rather than nomadic.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/12a0405n-06.pdf\">United States v.
