Susan Johnson, D-Windham, is the result of a state Supreme Court ruling that affirmed the right of citizens to, in the words of the court\u2019s decision, \u201cbe free from unreasonable searches.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the case of the <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=ct_targeted_zoning_search_requires_indiv&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\">town of Bozrah v. Anne D.
