This search was based on a CI saying that defendant was involved in a homicide, but the CI\u2019s track record and information was clearly lacking. A shotgun was found at defendant\u2019s house. A California probation search, however, can be suspicionless, so the gun was not suppressed after all. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/opinions\/2012\/03\/13\/11-10182.pdf\">United States v. King<\/a>, 672 F.3d 1133 (9th Cir. 2012), <a href=\"http:\/\/cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/opinions\/2013\/08\/27\/11-10182.pdf\">amended August 27, 2013<\/a> with a dissenting opinion on denial of rehearing en banc.<\/p>\n<p>Where defendant\u2019s father signed a consent to search form, his mother\u2019s refusal to sign because she disagreed with the search was not binding on the police. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jud.state.ct.us\/external\/supapp\/Cases\/AROap\/AP134\/134AP189.pdf\">Brunetti v. Comm&#8217;r of Corr.<\/a>, 134 Conn. App. 160, 37 A.3d 811 (2012).*<\/p>\n<p>A \u201croad closed\u201d sign is a traffic control device, and disobeying it justified a stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/supremecourt.ne.gov\/opinions\/2012\/march\/mar13\/a11-625.pdf\">State v.
