The question is not \u201cjust lacking\u201d in probable cause, but <em>so<\/em> lacking that no reasonable officer could rely on it. United States v. Oldaker, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 25788 (N.D. W.Va. February 16, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers had reasonable suspicion for a probation search, and probable cause was not the standard. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/opinions\/2012\/02\/28\/11-30055.pdf\">United States v. Bolivar<\/a>, 670 F.3d 1091 (9th Cir. 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>To satisfy the Fourth Amendment, an inventory did not require watch commander approval. The policy mentions it, but failure to follow is not a Fourth Amendment issue when the inventory is otherwise proper. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isc.idaho.gov\/opinions\/stewart37767.pdf\">State v.
