Lee<\/a>, 79 So. 3d 1278 (La. App. 4th Cir. 2012).<\/p>\n<p>There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in IP subscriber information. United States v. Lemburg, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 10907 (D. Neb. January 10, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was excessively nervous and consented to a search of his vehicle which produced drugs.
