Sep. 22, 2026).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff plausibly alleged a frisk that lacked reasonable suspicion and violated the Fourth Amendment, and it was clearly established law. Rosales v. Lewis, 2026 U.S. App. LEXIS 29016 (5th Cir. Sep. 22, 2026).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff\u2019s decedent had a brain cancer tumor removed, and then rounds of drugs and chemo and that \u201cfried his brain.\u201d His erratic behavior led to him being shot by the police, and it was reasonable force at the time, and the officer gets qualified immunity.
