The traffic stop related inquiries developed a likely warrant, and the officer was waiting to confirm and didn\u2019t yet write the ticket because of the possibility of defendant going into custody. Ultimately, reasonable suspicion developed. United States v. Eaker, 2026 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 209541 (E.D. Tenn.
