December 22, 2011).<\/p>\n<p>The court credits the officer\u2019s testimony that the drugs in this case were dropped from defendant\u2019s blouse, and she was not made to lift it to cause them to fall out. United States v. Lighten, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 147801 (W.D. N.Y September 20, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s furtive movements and driving a stolen car in Pennsylvania reasonably justified his patdown that produced a weapon used to kill a police officer in D.C. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dcappeals.gov\/dccourts\/appeals\/pdf\/04-CF-1125+_MTD.PDF\">Johnson v. United States<\/a>, 33 A.3d 361 (D.C.
