Aug. 31, 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this soliciting minors for sex, the government showed probable cause for the warrant for defendant\u2019s cell phone and it was sufficiently particular. It was not a \u201cgeneral warrant.\u201d United States v. Barger, 2026 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 196765 (D.N.J.
