McCarthy and Haney provide that being read a coercive implied consent warning is but one factor to consider in the analysis. Each factor alone may not have rendered Damron&#8217;s consent involuntary. However, when considering Trooper Kelly&#8217;s reading of the coercive implied consent warning in the context of Damron&#8217;s entire encounter with law enforcement, the Commonwealth failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that Damron gave valid consent to the blood test. Based on the totality of the circumstances, suppression of Damron&#8217;s blood test results was proper.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/opinions.kycourts.net\/sc\/2024-SC-0300-DG.pdf\">Damron v.
