Armour<\/a>, 2026 CAAF LEXIS 712 (C.A.A.F. Aug. 24, 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was probable cause for a DNA warrant based on a 22-page affidavit for defendant\u2019s DNA after an extensive information and excluding his siblings. \u201cThese facts set forth in the affidavit, which were not easily obtained, corroborated the informant&#8217;s tip and provided sufficient evidence to support the trial court&#8217;s probable cause determination. Accordingly, the trial court did not err in admitting into evidence Hollowell&#8217;s DNA results.\u201d Hollowell v. State, 2026 Ind.
