Haywood, 2026 Ohio App. LEXIS 2905 (1st Dist. Aug. 5, 2026).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant was walking and seen likely with a gun on him, and officers approached. He fled, jumping a fence, but he was finally captured in a backyard. Officers found the hidden gun and one round in his pocket. He was not seized when he abandoned the gun. Hatcherson-Ross v.
