July 22, 2026).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This one is on a narrow nondescript black pole with a solar panel 150&#8242; from the front door of my local courthouse on the 100 block of Broadway, Little Rock, also across the street from City Hall:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-768x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-64516\" srcset=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-768x1024.png 768w, http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-225x300.png 225w, http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image.png 810w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m informed there are over 200 in my county of 370,000. I took this picture with an iPhone while waiting for the crossing light. The camera is about 12&#8242; off the ground pointing at southbound traffic. It&#8217;s practically invisible to the uninformed.
