December 7, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>A FedEx employee opened a package on his own in California destined for Hawai\u2019i and found a kilo of meth. This was purely a private search. A warrant was then used to install a tracking device for a delivery in Hawai\u2019i. United States v. Faaita, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 141549 (D. Haw. December 8, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s wife\u2019s consent to seize and search a computer was voluntary on the totality. United States v. Mueller, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 141185 (E.D. Ark. December 7, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendants\u2019 stop was not based on racial profiling, but two sales clerks spotting probable identity theft, and that was reasonable suspicion at the time of the stop.
