We have held that \u2018even evidence \u201cnot described in a search warrant may be seized if it is reasonably related to the offense which formed the basis for the search warrant.\u201d\u2019\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/11a0285p-06.pdf\">Wheeler v. City of Lansing<\/a>, 660 F.3d 931 (6th Cir. 2011).<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the car with the keys who asserted control over the car had common authority to consent to a search of the car. November 7, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>An officer investigating hunting with a firearm during archery season had reasonable suspicion when he encountered defendant with a gun. United States v.
