Charges against her were dismissed. While that may be true, the facts of each case are dependent on the situation, and it cannot be said that this warrant was executed unreasonably as a matter of law, so qualified immunity was properly granted. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca11.uscourts.gov\/unpub\/ops\/201014139.pdf\">Gordon v. Beary<\/a>, 444 Fed. Appx. 427 (11th Cir. 2011) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>The warrant for firearms and ammunition and documents showing any relationship between the defendant and another person was not overbroad, adopting the R&amp;R without much explanation.
