Martinez<\/a>, 71 So. 3d 945 (Fla. 3d DCA 2011).<\/p>\n<p>The DVD of defendant\u2019s stop did not contradict the officer\u2019s testimony because the video started from such a distance that one could not tell whether the defendant was in his own lane or not because of oncoming headlights. The officer\u2019s testimony was enough for the reason to stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/courts.state.wy.us\/Opinions\/2011WY143.pdf\">Tiernan v. State<\/a>, 2011 WY 143, 262 P.3d 552 (2011).*<\/p>\n<p>The search of defendant\u2019s jacket was valid incident to his arrest for safety purposes. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/7\/2011\/2011-ohio-5361.pdf\">State v.
