App. 3d Cir. 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn this case, we adhere to prior decisions of this court and decide that the \u2018automobile exception\u2019 to the warrant requirement of Article I, section 9, of the Oregon Constitution, does not permit a warrantless search of a defendant\u2019s vehicle when the vehicle is parked, immobile, and unoccupied at the time that the police encounter it in connection with a crime.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications.ojd.state.or.us\/S058898.pdf\">State v.
