And today he filed suit against the department again, asserting claims in his King County Superior Court <a href=\"http:\/\/seattlepolicevideo.com\/RachnerHultonvSeattle.pdf\">complaint<\/a> (PDF) for false arrest, obstruction of justice, malicious prosecution and &#8220;spoliation of video evidence,&#8221; reports the <a href=\"http:\/\/seattletimes.nwsource.com\/html\/localnews\/2016416424_dashcam06m.html\">Seattle Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But that&#8217;s not all.
