Billings<\/a>, 656 F.3d 1198 (10th Cir. 2011).<\/p>\n<p>The plain view and automobile exception applied to the search of defendant\u2019s car. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/11\/09\/102747P.pdf\">United States v. Brown<\/a>, 653 F.3d 656 (8th Cir. 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s car was searched four times, and the automobile exception applied to all of them because it was always potentially \u201cmobile.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/10\/10-8097.pdf\">United States v. Medina-Gonzalez<\/a>, 437 Fed.
