LEXIS 159433 (W.D. Pa. Sep. 5, 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff won his jury trial for unreasonable arrest at a fair where he was accused of taking pictures of children, which he wasn\u2019t. All the defendant officer\u2019s motions for directed verdict and JNOV were properly denied. Holmes v. Reddoch, 2024 U.S. App. LEXIS 22799 (5th Cir. Sep. 6, 2024).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s motion to reconsider pleads a Franks violation, but it fails: excising the challenged information still leaves probable cause. United States v.
