Missouri has also passed a law requiring the drug testing of welfare recipients if there is &#8220;reasonable suspicion&#8221; to suspect drug use.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>53% of Americans easily don&#8217;t recognize the Fourth Amendment if it were read to them. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/1991\/12\/15\/us\/poll-finds-only-33-can-identify-bill-of-rights.html\">Back in 1991, 1\/3 of Americans didn&#8217;t recognize the Bill of Rights<\/a>.
