The condition is reasonable, and he is already subject to a search and seizure condition anyway. He is free to seek modification of the conditions in the future as technology changes. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/opinions\/2011\/07\/11\/10-50240.pdf\">United States v. Quinzon<\/a>, 634 F.3d 1266 (9th Cir. 2011).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant did not show that his counsel was ineffective for not filing a motion to suppress that would have failed on the merits anyway. United States v. Williams, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73799 (E.D. La. July 8, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>The \u201capparent authority\u201d doctrine of consent does not offend the Connecticut Constitution.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jud.state.ct.us\/external\/supapp\/Cases\/AROap\/AP129\/129AP436.pdf\">State v.
