Ohio Mar. 26, 2024).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe State therefore offered Lewis a procedure by which he could assert his Fourth Amendment claims, and he availed himself of that procedure. \u2018That suffices to preclude review of the claim through a habeas corpus petition under Stone v. Powell.\u2019 Good, 729 F.3d at 640. Accordingly, reasonable jurists would not debate the district court&#8217;s denial of Lewis&#8217;s Fourth Amendment claims.\u201d Lewis v.
