Feb. 22, 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The obtaining of defendants CSLI before Carpenter was lawful then, and the good faith exception applies. Ramos v. United States, 2024 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 41938 (D. Md. Mar. 11, 2024).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s traffic stop was justified at its inception, although it turned out there was no violation.
