The case is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.judiciary.state.nj.us\/calendars\/sc_appeal.htm\">New Jersey Dep\u2019t of Envtl. Protection v. Robert and Michelle Huber (065540)<\/a> (link only good for a few days).
