United States v. Hamlin, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 180215 (D. Mont. Oct. 5, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The defendant officers claimed qualified immunity that marijuana was smelled during the stop. The other officers get it, but there\u2019s a fact question on the first officer at the stop and whether he did. Otkins v. Gilboy, 2023 U.S. App. LEXIS 26548 (5th Cir.
