Riley, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 137867 (E.D. Mich. Aug. 8, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s driving justified the stop, and answers to questions to him from the officer didn\u2019t readily dispel whether he was under the influence.
