Commonwealth, 213 S.W.3d 671 (Ky. 2006)<\/a>, which this court must follow. <a href=\"http:\/\/apps.courts.ky.gov\/supreme\/sc_opinions.shtm\">Carter v. Commonwealth<\/a>, 358 S.W.3d 4 (Ky. App. 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers came to defendant\u2019s house with an arrest warrant, and they arrested him on the front porch. They could smell marijuana and heard footsteps inside the house. Appx. 594 (9th Cir. 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s \u00a7 2255 that defense counsel did not challenge the lack of a search warrant was not IAC because defendant clearly consented to the search, and then pled.
