App. LEXIS 350 (May 4, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Police had information of a marijuana grow, and they approached the defendant\u2019s property, but they were deterred by dogs. Instead, they procured a National Guard helicopter for a flyover seeing marijuana plants.
